You can choose your own pricing level! Simply
select the pricing band to suit your needs and that is what you will
be charged. A refundable deposit of the chosen band minimum fee will
be billed at commencement of your agreement (usually at the end of
your trial) and billing thereafter takes place at the end of
each calendar month.
